A kitchen sourcing project combines cabinetry, worktops, appliance sizes and site services. For France, treat the cabinet order and the building works as separate scopes. Zorinia can help coordinate furniture specifications and sourcing, while qualified local professionals assess plumbing, electrical work, ventilation and installation. Appliance compatibility and applicable product documentation must be checked for the particular models; a general catalogue image is not a compliance certificate.
Prepare a plan showing water, waste, sockets, ventilation and appliance openings. Confirm which supplier is responsible for worktop templates, sink cut-outs, splashbacks and final on-site adjustments. Wet areas need a suitable material specification and correctly finished edges. Ask the installer to review clearances and fixing details before production. Do not assume an imported appliance or light fitting is suitable for France without checking its documentation.
Here is what to expect regarding pricing and lead time.
Detailed quote provided upon request
Every quote is line-by-line: product, materials, freight and customs.
Confirmed after specification and delivery-address review.
Lead times are confirmed with each quotation, including production and sea freight, with quality control photos before the container seals.
Local partner installation is arranged by Zorinia on a separate approved quotation. Building works and any regulated work require explicit agreement. Confirm the installation scope with Zorinia and record separately agreed building works and responsibilities in the quotation.
Send your plan, product needs, style references, budget range and delivery postcode. Request separate lines for furniture, freight, applicable taxes and excluded local services.
Request the main materials, composition, finishes, dimensions and care instructions. For any certification claim, request documentation for the exact product reference.
Zorinia arranges installation through local partners, quoted separately after address confirmation and customer approval. The design, sourcing and shipment scope must be agreed in the quotation.
Confirm the drawing, material, colour and sample reference before production. Agree the inspection scope, evidence and acceptance criteria in the order. Products and packaging are checked before shipment within that scope; material reports must match the specified product rather than serve as a blanket certification.
Zorinia arranges on-site measurement and final dimension confirmation through personnel or local partners, and installation through local partners. Service is generally available across France, subject to confirmation of the project address. Measurement and installation are quoted separately and arranged after approval. Measurement fees can be credited against the goods payment; installation is charged separately.
The delivery point and unloading, carrying, lifting and installation scope are confirmed in the project quotation. If you have no nominated installer, Zorinia normally coordinates delivery and installation at your home within the agreed scope. This is not a promise of free installation or unrestricted building, electrical or plumbing work.
Zorinia arranges French import customs clearance. Relevant import duties and import VAT are included in the project quotation. The quotation identifies the agreed responsibilities and costs; no universal tax rate or Incoterm is implied.
Each stage requires an advance payment. Measurement and design begin after the agreed fees are paid; these fees can be credited against subsequent procurement on the agreed terms. Export furniture goods require a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% paid before sea shipment. Installation charges are quoted separately.
Production lead time starts once drawings, materials and the deposit have been confirmed. Sea freight, customs clearance and installation schedules are confirmed separately for the project. No fixed delivery duration is promised before those arrangements are agreed.
Contact Zorinia with photos and your order information. We verify the issue and coordinate the supplier or local installer; we can also provide details of a local partner showroom for assistance. Commercial warranty duration and scope are stated in the contract and do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
